What is TelPay and Why You Should Use It
Name recognition is a very powerful advertising tool. Companies that have achieved this status advertise their services using 800 phone numbers in White Page directories throughout the United States and Canada. This form of advertising although inexpensive, is paper bill voluminous, and generally lacks any directory/listing detail information on the billing statements. Notwithstanding that the costs are collected into a single dollar presentation. This type of billing statement brings nothing to accounting managers or the CMR agencies.

How to Get Started
- Provide DSI with a letter of Authorization that allows DSI to act on behalf of the Client with the Telco's on matters of billing issues. (LOA Sample).
- Collect all Telco directory bills currently in house and forward to DSI. This process will continue for some time as address get changed.
- DSI will notify the Telco's billing department for WP listing to change their billing address to DSI.
- DSI will acquire copies of the customers account records from the Telco. The database of the White Page Directory Listings is developed from these records.
- For clients needing cost center accounting DSI will work with the CMR or client in defining the structure and reporting.
Ongoing Services
- On a routine basis DSI will close the posting period and produce a Consolidated Invoice of the Telco bills collected thru that date.
- Produces any special or individualized reports
- After receipt of the client funds, DSI will complete the process and distribute the monies to the appropriate Telephone Companies.
