Foreign Listing Order System is a two-party application; the CMR and the Telco Business center, built around one common entity - the National White Page Order system - aka 3235. The application utilizes the principles of true relational database, uniting the various areas of information necessary to process a 3235 order.
It starts with the CMR and the tools to build, manage, store and deliver their clients 3235 order request. Order development time is reduced to its minimum functions of editing the listing content itself. The system manages all levels of order delivery, from paper documents for those that will only accept paper, to Faxing and E-mail through our service resources, to ultimately the Internet and participating Telco centers.
To the Telco it is the system by which the 3235 orders are received, cataloged, stored and distributed through to the different departments for processing. Some of the facilities that are employed into this phase of the application are:
Order scheduling and tracking
No paper shuffling and lost orders
Effective use of internet communication with company centers, and CMR's offices
Culminating in the return of the order completion confirmation notice back to the CMR.
